Aviva announces Prestigious Rating 2nd year in a Row

(January 22, 2025) Aviva Senior Living is proud to announce its Benderson Family Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has earned a “High Performing” rating, from the U.S. News report of the 2025 Best Nursing Homes. This is the second year-in a-row Aviva has received this honor.

One of 15,0000 skilled-nursing facilities, Benderson is among the elite 19% of skilled nursing facilities that earned a “High Performing” rating, the highest possible achievement.

Best Nursing Homes ratings are based on U.S. News’s in-depth analysis of publicly available data. The U.S. News ratings recognize that patients undergoing relatively short-term rehabilitation have very different needs from those who require longer-term care.

Deanne Kaplan is just one of the many patients Aviva has recently served at its Benderson facility. She had some serious problems when she began her stay, which lasted a little over two weeks. Deanne’s husband, Arnie, says, “Aviva implemented important physical and occupational therapy and slowly but surely she responded to that. They were the nicest group of people I’ve ever dealt with. Our entire family was very happy with the care from Aviva and would recommend it to anyone in a similar circumstance.”
