Gloria has won many competitions and performed concerti, most recently with the Bach Festival Orchestra. For the last two summers, Gloria and her sister, Cynthia Lawing, travelled to Vienna and Taiwan, playing together and delighting audiences. Dr. Cook is the recipient of the prestigious Cornell Distinguished Faculty Award and is a Professor Emerita of Music at Rollins College.
